HCLTech said its software arm, HCLSoftware, has expressed intent to acquire Belgium-based AI data analytics firm Wobby. Wobby develops AI agents for data warehouses, and the acquisition is expected to strengthen HCLSoftware’s data analytics capabilities. The transaction is likely to be completed by February 2026.
