Stocks to Watch Today (November 6, 2025): Indian markets are set for a busy session on Thursday, November 6, with several major companies announcing quarterly results, key board meetings, and global events lined up.

Q2FY26 results were largely in line with expectations. Consolidated revenue rose 8.9% YoY to Rs 14,478 crore, and PAT grew 3% to Rs 3,118 crore. The company launched nine new products in the quarter.

Reported strong operational improvement with revenue up 24% YoY to Rs 2,061 crore and EBITDA turning positive at Rs 141 crore. PAT stood at Rs 21 crore due to exceptional loss, while adjusted PAT turned profitable at Rs 211 crore. The company will invest Rs 2,250 crore in its payments subsidiary via a rights issue and has tied up with Groq for real-time AI integration.

Revenue grew 11.8% YoY to Rs 2,041 crore. However, reported net profit dropped 48% YoY due to a high base, though adjusted profit rose 15%.

Posted a big operational beat with EBITDA up 22% YoY to Rs 955 crore and PAT up 23% to Rs 654 crore, supported by strong bakery product growth.

Reported muted performance as EBITDA margin and PAT fell short of estimates despite a 6.3% rise in revenue to Rs 8,286 crore.

Delivered strong results with revenue up 15% YoY to Rs 1,577 crore and PAT rising 22.5% to Rs 135 crore. Plumbing volumes grew 20%.

Posted mixed Q2 numbers with revenue up 7.7% YoY to Rs 1,135 crore, while net profit declined marginally by 1.3% to Rs 254 crore.

Novelis Q2FY26 results showed a 26% rise in net income to $163 million and 10% growth in sales, though adjusted EBITDA dropped 9% YoY.

ABFRL reported weak results with a widened loss of Rs 263 crore, while Aditya Birla Lifestyle posted a turnaround with a profit of Rs 23 crore versus a loss last year.

Posted strong results with PAT up 201% YoY to Rs 77 crore on higher revenue. The board approved an amalgamation scheme to merge Ramco Windfarms with the parent.

M&M likely to sell its entire 3.45% stake worth Rs 682 crore via block deal at Rs 317 per share.

Initiated a strategic review of its investment in Royal Challengers Sports; to be completed by March 2026.

Secured a Rs 1,416 crore order for three residential towers in Mumbai.

Senco Gold posted record October retail sales of Rs 1,700 crore, up 56% YoY, while Force Motors reported 32% YoY sales growth. MOIL achieved its highest-ever October manganese ore production at 1.6 lakh tonnes, up 9% YoY.

A host of Nifty and F&O companies will report their July–September quarter (Q2FY26) results today. These include Apollo Hospitals, ABB, Cholamandalam Investment, Crompton Greaves Consumer, Cummins India, Godrej Properties, LIC, Lupin, Mankind Pharma, MCX, NCC, NHPC, UPL, Zydus Lifesciences, and Amber Enterprises.

Ajmera Realty will hold a board meeting to consider a stock split and quarterly results. Zydus Lifesciences will also meet to discuss a Rs 5,000 crore fundraise.

The Orkla India IPO will list today after an overwhelming response with an overall subscription of 48.7 times. The issue was priced in the band of Rs 695–730 per share with an issue size of Rs 1,667.5 crore.

In the primary market, Lenskart Solutions IPO closed with a total subscription of 28.3 times, led by QIB demand at 40.4x. Meanwhile, Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww) saw a tepid first-day response with overall subscription at 0.57x.

- TVS Motor will showcase six new mobility solutions at the EICMA 2025 show in Milan at 3 PM. - Akzo Nobel’s open offer by JSW Paints closes today at a floor price of Rs 3,232 per share for 1.18 crore shares. - Hindustan Petroleum will trade ex-dividend today for an interim payout of Rs 5 per share. - Ather Energy’s anchor lock-in for 44% of equity shares will open today.

Globally, investors will monitor the UK interest rate decision later in the day. Domestically, the first phase of the Bihar elections will also take place today.
