Stocks to Watch Today (November 7, 2025): Indian markets are expected to remain volatile today as several large and midcap companies announce their quarterly results. Multiple ex-dividend actions and key board meetings are also lined up.
Food delivery major Swiggy will hold a board meeting to consider fund raising of up to Rs 10,000 crore through private placement.
Apollo Hospitals reported strong results with revenue rising 12.8% YoY to Rs 6,303.5 crore, above estimates. EBITDA grew 15.4% to Rs 941.1 crore, while PAT rose 24.8% to Rs 494 crore. Healthcare services revenue grew 9% YoY but occupancy dropped to 69%. Healthco business PAT surged fourfold to Rs 73 crore.
ABB India posted mixed Q3 results. Revenue rose 13.7% to Rs 3,310.7 crore, above estimates, but EBITDA and PAT declined by over 7%. Margin slipped to 15.1% due to higher input costs and dependency on imports under QCO norms.
Crompton’s revenue increased 1% YoY to Rs 1,916 crore, missing estimates. EBITDA dropped 22% to Rs 158 crore and PAT fell sharply by 43% to Rs 71 crore. Weakness in the electrical consumer durables segment offset growth in pumps and small appliances.
Cummins India delivered a strong beat across metrics. Revenue jumped 26.4% to Rs 3,170.3 crore and EBITDA surged 43.6% to Rs 694.8 crore. PAT rose 38.5% to Rs 622.3 crore. The company remains cautiously optimistic about domestic and global demand.
Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) reported robust performance with net profit up 32% to Rs 10,053 crore. Net premium income rose 5.4% to Rs 1.26 lakh crore. VNB margin expanded to 17.6%, and solvency ratio improved to 2.13.
Lupin beat estimates on all parameters with revenue up 24.2% to Rs 7,047.5 crore and PAT up 73% to Rs 1,477.9 crore. EBITDA margin expanded sharply to 30.3%. US and emerging market growth drove strong momentum, though API sales declined 13%.
Mankind Pharma’s Q2 results were mixed. Revenue rose 20.8% YoY to Rs 3,697 crore, slightly below estimates. EBITDA increased 8.8%, while PAT fell 22% to Rs 511.5 crore. Margins compressed to 24.9% due to higher costs.
MCX reported strong operational growth with revenue up 31% to Rs 374 crore and PAT up 28.5% to Rs 197.47 crore. ADT of futures and options rose 87% YoY, with bullion trading contributing 57% of volume.
NHPC’s revenue rose 10.3% YoY to Rs 3,365 crore, slightly below estimates. EBITDA grew 12.2% to Rs 2,026 crore, and PAT rose 13.4% to Rs 1,021 crore. The company commissioned most of its 300 MW Kamisar Solar Power Project.
Amber Enterprises slipped into a loss of Rs 32 crore from a profit of Rs 21 crore last year. Revenue fell 2.2% to Rs 1,647 crore. The RAC segment declined 35%, though electronics division revenue grew 30% YoY.
Investors will watch for quarterly results from Bajaj Auto, Hindalco and Trent. Bajaj Auto will release numbers post-market, while Hindalco’s results are scheduled between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm.
In the F&O segment, several major names including Divi’s Lab, Kalyan Jewellers, NALCO, Nykaa, Petronet LNG, Torrent Pharma, UNO Minda and PFC will post results through the day.
