Stocks to Watch Today: Tata Steel, Hero MotoCorp, Nykaa, LIC, Bharti Airtel, Cipla in focus on Friday

Indian equity markets are likely to see stock-specific action on Friday, driven by a busy earnings calendar, dividend actions, regulatory updates and company-specific developments.

Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty snapped their three-day winning run and closed lower on Thursday, tracking weak global cues, as investors remained cautious ahead of the RBI policy announcement amid geopolitical concerns.

The 30-share BSE Sensex fell 503.76 points, or 0.60 per cent, to close at 83,313.93. During the session, it dropped as much as 666.07 points, or 0.79 per cent, to an intraday low of 83,151.62.

On the BSE, 2,447 stocks declined, while 1,737 advanced and 158 remained unchanged. The NSE Nifty declined 133.20 points, or 0.52 per cent, to settle at 25,642.80.

Tata Steel is scheduled to announce its quarterly results post-market today. The stock will be tracked closely ahead of the earnings announcement.

Bosch will declare its quarterly results after market hours on Friday. The stock remains in focus in the F&O segment.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals is set to report its results post-market today. Investors will track the earnings outcome.

Kalyan Jewellers will announce its quarterly results between 1 pm and 3:30 pm on Friday.

Shree Cement is scheduled to declare its results between 1 pm and 3 pm today.

Siemens will announce its quarterly earnings today, with the timing remaining variable.

Hero MotoCorp reported Q3FY26 results broadly in line with estimates. Revenue rose 20.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 12,328 crore. EBITDA increased 23 per cent to Rs 1,810 crore, while net profit rose 12 per cent to Rs 1,349 crore. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 110 per share and approved an additional investment of Rs 275 crore in Euler Motors.

Nykaa reported strong Q3FY26 results. Revenue rose 26.7 per cent to Rs 2,873 crore. EBITDA increased 63 per cent to Rs 230 crore, while net profit surged 156 per cent to Rs 67.7 crore. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly GMV.

Hitachi Energy India posted a strong Q3FY26 performance. Revenue rose 28.5 per cent to Rs 2,082 crore. EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 345.3 crore, while net profit stood at Rs 261.42 crore. The order backlog reached Rs 29,872.2 crore.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles reported weaker-than-expected Q3FY26 results. Revenue declined 25.8 per cent year-on-year to Rs 70,108 crore. The company reported a loss of Rs 3,486 crore, impacted by an exceptional loss of Rs 1,597 crore. Management indicated a stronger recovery expected in Q4.

Astral reported mixed Q3FY26 results. Revenue rose 10.3 per cent to Rs 1,541.5 crore, while net profit declined 4 per cent to Rs 107.7 crore due to a one-time exceptional expense.

Kaynes Technology reported Q3FY26 results below estimates. Revenue rose 21.6 per cent to Rs 804 crore, while net profit increased 15.4 per cent to Rs 77 crore. The order book stood at Rs 9,072.2 crore.

Mazagaon Dockyard reported mixed Q3FY26 results. Revenue rose 14.6 per cent to Rs 3,601 crore, while net profit increased 10 per cent to Rs 880 crore. Margins declined during the quarter.

NTPC will trade ex-dividend on Friday after announcing an interim dividend of Rs 2.75 per share.

Nestle India will trade ex-dividend today following the announcement of an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share.

NALCO will trade ex-dividend on Friday after declaring an interim dividend of Rs 4.5 per share.

Accelya Solutions will trade ex-dividend today after announcing a dividend of Rs 45 per share.

Sundaram Finance will trade ex-dividend on Friday after declaring an interim dividend of Rs 16 per share.

Bharti Airtel has fixed the record date for the final call on partly paid-up rights shares. Once listed, this is expected to increase MSCI flows for the company.

IRB Infrastructure Developers said its board will consider the issuance of bonus shares along with financial results at a meeting scheduled on February 13.

LIC is in focus following reports that it plans to sell part of its 10.72 per cent stake in NSE through the exchange’s proposed IPO, which is expected in the next six to seven months.

Cipla said the Maharashtra tax department conducted search operations at some of its facilities and offices. The company stated that it is cooperating fully and that there will be no financial impact.

Federal Bank came into focus after the RBI approved Blackstone to acquire up to a 9.99 per cent stake in the bank.
