Here are few stocks to watch out for ahead of Thursday's trading session.Vodafone Idea Ltd | The company said it has revised its agreement with Vodafone Group promoters to recover ₹5,836 crore linked to past merger liabilities from 2017. The amount, part of the contingent liability adjustment mechanism, will be received in two parts, with ₹2,307 crore payable in cash over the next 12 months.The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd | GE Shipping announced it will acquire a secondhand medium-range tanker of 51,565 DWT. The 2013-built South Korean vessel is expected to join the fleet in Q4 FY26. Funded entirely through internal accruals, the purchase aims to expand the company’s fleet, which will then comprise 39 vessels with a total capacity of 3.17 million DWT.NBCC (India) Ltd | The company announced it has secured three domestic orders worth a total of ₹220.31 crore. Canara Bank awarded a ₹163.12 crore contract for its Bengaluru head office, while Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti placed two orders worth ₹9.01 crore and ₹48.18 crore for school infrastructure projects in Maharashtra and Telangana.Hyundai Motor India Ltd | The company on Wednesday said Managing Director and Director Unsoo Kim has resigned, effective December 31, 2025, to take up a strategic role at Hyundai Motor Company in South Korea.NCC Ltd | The company announced it has secured four new orders in December worth a total of ₹1,237.24 crore (ex-GST). The buildings segment contributed ₹704.67 crore, while the transportation segment accounted for ₹532.57 crore.Blue Dart Express | The company's unit, Blue Dart Aviation, said tax authorities have largely dropped a proposed GST demand of ₹420.79 crore for April 2021–March 2023, confirming only ₹64.98 lakh after adjudication.Housing and Urban Development Corporation | HUDCO said it recorded provisional loan sanctions of ₹1.39 lakh crore in the first nine months of FY26, with ₹46,167 crore sanctioned in the third quarter. The state-run lender also reported loan disbursements of ₹41,346.70 crore during April–December 2025, including ₹15,508.25 crore in Q3, subject to audit.RBL Bank | The bank said its request to temporarily cap foreign shareholding at 24% has not been accepted under existing regulations.
