The initial public offering (IPO) worth ₹455.49 crore was open for subscription from October 30 to November 3. Investors across categories showed a strong interest in the Studds Accessories IPO shares, leading to an overall subscription of 73.25 times. The mainboard IPO received bids for 39.92 crore shares against 54.5 lakh shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The retail quota of the IPO was booked 22 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category was subscribed 77 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their segment 160 times.

The IPO was a book-building issue comprising entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 78 lakh shares. The lot size of the IPO was fixed at 25 shares per application for retail investors. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹557 to ₹585 per share.

The total issue size is 77,86,120 shares, aggregating to a total of up to ₹455.49 crore.

The investors, who bid for the IPO shares, can check the allotment status online via the BSE, NSE and the official website of the issue registrar, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd.

Studds Accessories IPO listing date

Studds Accessories Ltd. is expected to transfer the shares to the Demat accounts of successful bidders on Thursday, November 6. Refunds for non-allottees will also be processed on the same day.

The company’s shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Friday, November 7.
