Studds Accessories IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Studds Accessories Limited concluded its final day of public subscription today, November 3, with the issue subscribed 73.25 times, as per provisional exchange data. The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth Rs 455.49 crore. Being an OFS, the IPO proceeds will be allocated entirely to the selling shareholders.

The basis of allotment of the IPO shares is expected to be finalised on November 4, 2025, and the stock is expected to list on both the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) on November 7, 2025, tentatively.

Overall, investors bid 39.92 crore shares against the total shares on offer. The subscription primarily includes bids from institutional investors and retail investors categories, who booked the issue 76.99 times and 22.09 times, respectively.

In terms of shares, NIIs and RIIs bid 8.99 crore shares and 6.01 crore shares, respectively, against their allotted portions.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category, which was seen lagging initially, subscribed 159.99 times against their allotted portion.

The Studds Accessories IPO is a book-build issue of Rs 1,667.54 crore, comprising entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 0.78 crore shares. IIFL Capital Services Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar of the issue.

Being an OFS, the entire IPO proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders instead of the company.

Studds is the largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer in India and among the biggest globally, selling under the 'Studds' and 'SMK' brands.

The company has a market share of 27.3 per cent by volume and 25.5 per cent by value in India, and exports to over 70 countries. Its product range includes helmets, riding gear, and motorcycle accessories, catering to both mass and premium consumers.
