Studds Accessories IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Studds Accessories Limited opens for public subscription today, October 30, and will remain open till November 3, 2025. The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth Rs 455.49 crore. Being an OFS, the IPO proceeds will be allocated entirely to the selling shareholders.

The basis of allotment of the IPO shares is expected to be finalised on November 4, 2025, and the stock is expected to list on both the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) on November 7, 2025, tentatively.

IIFL Capital Services Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar of the issue.

By 2 pm, the issue has been subscribed 96 per cent so far, with investors having bid 52.55 lakh shares out of the total shares on offer. The subscription includes bids from institutional investors and retail investors categories who have booked the issue 1.02 times and 1.49 times, respectively.

In terms of shares, NIIs, and RIIs have bid 11.91 lakh shares and 40.60 lakh shares, respectively, against their allotted portions so far.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category is yet to receive bids for its reserved portion.

The Studds Accessories IPO is a book-build issue of Rs 1,667.54 crore, comprising entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 0.78 crore shares.

The IPO has allocated 50 per cent, 35 per cent and 15 per cent of the net offer for the QIB, NII and retail investor categories, respectively.
