Studds Accessories IPO Listing: Shares of Studds Accessories Limited debuted on Dalal Street at a nearly 3 per cent discount to the issue price on Friday, November 7. The stock of the two-wheeler helmet manufacturer opened for trade at Rs 565 on the NSE and at Rs 570 on the BSE, translating to a discount of 3.42 per cent and 2.56 per cent to the issue price, respectively.

Earlier on Friday, Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi predicted the stock to list in the price range of Rs 615 to Rs 630 against the issue price of Rs 585.

The market analyst noted that the issue received a good response from investors. He advises short and long-term investors to keep a stop loss below the issue price of Rs 585.

On recent listings, Singhvi highlighted that investors got no listing gains despite strong subscriptions and no follow-up buying from funds post-listing.

He also noted that Orkla India's stock fell sharply after listing. He advises investors to keep a stop loss at the IPO price in all listings.

Overall, investors bid 39.92 crore shares against the total shares on offer. The subscription includes bids from institutional buyers, institutional investors, and retail investors, who booked the issue 159.99 times, 76.99 times, and 22.09 times, respectively.

The Studds Accessories IPO is a book-build issue of Rs 455.49 crore, comprising entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 0.78 crore shares. IIFL Capital Services Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar of the issue.

As an OFS, the entire IPO proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders rather than to the company.

Price band: Rs 557 to Rs 585 per equity share

Subscription date: From October 30 to November 3, 2025

Lot size: 25 shares (minimum investment of Rs 14,625)

Studds is the largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer in India and among the biggest globally, selling under the 'Studds' and 'SMK' brands.
