Shares of Sula Vineyards Ltd ended at ₹272.50, down by ₹5, or 1.80%, on the BSE.By Jomy Jos Pullokaran May 8, 2025, 8:32:18 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadWine producer Sula Vineyards Ltd on Thursday (May 8) reported a 4.4% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at ₹13 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025, down from ₹13.6 crore in Q4FY24.
Revenue from operations increased 1% to ₹133 crore against ₹131.7 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) fell 3.7% YoY to ₹28.4 crore in the fourth quarter over ₹29.5 crore.

The EBITDA margin contracted to 22.6% in the reporting quarter versus 24.1% in the year-ago period.
The company reported its highest wine tourism revenue in FY25, reaching ₹60.3 crore, marking a 10.2% YoY growth. The performance was driven by robust demand during Q4 FY25, supported by the successful hosting of SulaFest 2025, improved occupancy at the company’s resorts, and a higher spend per guest.
The company’s elite and premium wine segments also posted positive growth for the year, rising 5% YoY. Within this, the elite category saw a 17% jump, propelled by strong demand for labels such as The Source and RASA. The contribution of the elite and premium segments to overall wine sales hit record highs, accounting for 77.1% in FY25 and 75.5% in Q4 FY25.

The board has recommended a final dividend for FY25 of ₹3.60 per share with face value of ₹2, subject shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive dividends will be May 23.
