In Q1 FY26, the company’s volumes were largely flat, registering only a 0.5% increase over the previous year. Domestic demand remained subdued, impacted by lower lifting from OEMs and unseasonal rains that affected sales of cooling appliances such as refrigerators and air conditioners. Non-OEM demand also remained tepid.

Despite a muted performance in the first quarter of FY26, Supreme Petrochem is aiming for a 12% growth in volumes for the full fiscal year. “We hope to achieve close to 12% volume growth this year,” said Rakesh Nayyar, Executive Director, in an interview with CNBC-TV18.

Q1FY26 revenue fell 10% year-on-year to ₹1,388 crore, EBITDA declined 21% to ₹115 crore, and profit after tax dropped 24% to ₹81 crore.
