Tamannaah Bhatia is all set to star alongside Sidharth Malhotra in the upcoming folk thriller titled ‘Vvan – Force of the Forest’. The teaser was released on April 30, 2025, coinciding with the Chhath 2024 festivities, offering a mysterious glimpse into Tamannaah’s never-seen-before avatar.

The teaser features the actress running barefoot through a dense forest, clad in a red saree. Her face is hidden, adding an element of suspense. She lights a lamp and comes across a chilling warning sign that reads: “Warning: Entering the forest after sunset isn’t allowed.”

The teaser was launched with the caption, “Rooted in Indian mythology and mysticism, Vvan – Force of the Forest unfolds a tale straight from the pages of history and folklore.” Tamannaah’s role is described as a powerful presence, ready to command the screen like never before.

Set for a Chhath 2025 release, the movie promises a gripping narrative steeped in mythology, folklore, and forest-based thrill. While the full cast is still under wraps, India Today Digital reports that Sara Ali Khan might also be a part of the film opposite Sidharth Malhotra, though her casting has not been officially confirmed by the makers yet.

Vvan is being jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and The Viral Fever (TVF), making it a unique blend of mainstream and digital storytelling powerhouses.
