Tata Elxsi Q2 Results: Net profit rises 7% to Rs 155 crore, Revenue shows steady growth

Tata Elxsi Q2 FY2025: Tata Elxsi, a leading IT services company of the Tata Group, reported its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, showing steady quarter-on-quarter growth.

The company’s total income from operations in Q2 FY2025 stood at Rs 967 crore, up 3.9 per cent from Rs 931 crore in Q1 FY2025.

Revenue from operations rose to Rs 918 crore from Rs 892 crore, marking an increase of 2.9 per cent, reflecting consistent business performance.

Total expenses increased slightly to Rs 752 crore from Rs 734 crore in Q1 FY2025, a rise of 2.5 per cent.

Employee benefits expenses went up to Rs 539 crore from Rs 529 crore, an increase of 1.9 per cent, indicating slightly higher operational costs.

Profit before tax (PBT) rose to Rs 215 crore from Rs 196 crore, a 9.5 per cent increase, while net profit increased to Rs 155 crore from Rs 144 crore, up 7.3 per cent.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) also improved from Rs 23.18 to Rs 24.85, a rise of 7.2 per cent.

Commenting on Q2 Results, CEO Manoj Raghavan said, "We have delivered strong operational excellence and resilient growth across customers, regions, and industry verticals in a challenging quarter, building a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the coming quarters."

The result was announced after market hours. Shares of Tata Elxsi last traded at Rs 5573.15, up by 2.08 per cent.
