Tata Steel Q2 Results FY26 Date: Tata group’s steel major Tata Steel Ltd, will announce its financial results for the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (FY26) next week.
In an exchange filing on November 3, the company said its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, November 12, to consider and take on record the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
“A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Steel Limited (‘Company’) will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited Standalone and unaudited Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025,” the filing said.
For the first quarter of FY26, Tata Steel reported a 118 per cent year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 2,007 crore, compared to Rs 918 crore in the same period last year.
However, the company’s revenue from operations declined 2.9 per cent year-on-year to Rs 53,178 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 54,771 crore a year earlier.
Shares of Tata Steel traded on a volatile note during Monday’s session, oscillating between gains and losses amid a choppy market. The stock closed 1.86 per cent lower at Rs 179.25 per share on Tuesday, after hitting a high of Rs 183.10 and a low of Rs 178.90. The company’s market capitalization stands at Rs 2,23,765.71 crore.
The Tata group stock has delivered strong returns to investors in recent months, up 5.8 per cent in one month, 20 per cent in three months, and 30 per cent in six months. On a year-to-date basis, it has gained 34 per cent.
Over the longer term, Tata Steel has proven to be a multibagger, rising 350 per cent in five years and 724 per cent over the past decade.
