Tenneco Clean Air India IPO Allotment Status: The allotment status for the Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd IPO is now being eagerly tracked by investors after the issue received an overwhelming response from the market.

The public offer, worth Rs 3,600 crore, closed with a strong subscription of 58.83 times, driven mainly by heavy participation from institutional investors.

According to NSE data, the IPO received 392 crore bids against the 6.66 crore shares available, reflecting robust demand across investor categories.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 166.42 times, followed by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) at 40.74 times, while the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) category saw 5.11 times subscription.

The company also raised Rs 1,080 crore from anchor investors, indicating early confidence from large institutions. The offer was entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) by the promoter entity Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Ltd, with no fresh issue of shares.

The IPO size was increased from the earlier planned Rs 3,000 crore to Rs 3,600 crore, as per the draft papers filed earlier.

With such high subscription levels, investors are now checking whether they have received allotment. The allotment status can be verified through multiple platforms, including the registrar link, NSE, and BSE.
