Torrent Pharmaceuticals has launched an open offer to acquire a 26 per cent stake in JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Zee Business reported.
The open offer will be made at a price of Rs 1,639.18 per share. As per the report, the offer is set to open on November 18, 2025.
