US President Donald Trump addressed recent concerns over the US stock market’s performance, asserting that the current downturn reflects the economic legacy of Joe Biden, not his own policies.

“This is Biden’s Stock Market, not Trump’s. I didn’t take over until January 20th,” Trump stated. He emphasized that recently announced tariffs have yet to take effect, and credited early signs of a manufacturing resurgence to his administration’s push to bring companies back to the US.

Trump acknowledged that economic recovery would take time, blaming the "Biden overhang" for sluggish market numbers. “This will take a while, has NOTHING TO DO WITH TARIFFS, only that he left us with bad numbers,” he said, urging Americans to “BE PATIENT” as he predicted a historic economic boom ahead.
