US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that it is "indeed the golden age of America". Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly 2025, the 47th US president said that American growth is superior to that of any economy across the globe. Trump also reiterated that his administration has brokered seven major mediations to avoid major escalations. 

He also warned of major additional sanctions against Russia over its ongoing war against Ukraine, accusing India and China of being the main funders of war. "My position is very simple: the world’s number one sponsor of terror can never be allowed to possess the most dangerous weapon," he said.

Once again, Trump claimed to have stopped a war between India and Pakistan earlier this year. However, India has maintained that peace was achieved through bilateral military and diplomatic engagement, stating firmly that US mediation did not play a decisive role in the matter.
