Urban Company IPO allotment status will likely be finalised today, September 16, 2025. Investors can check their allotment status on the websites of BSE, NSE, or the issue registrar, MUFG Intime India.

Successfully subscribed investors can expect the shares to be credited to their demat account by today, and the unsuccessful bidders can expect their refund likely on the same day.

The tentative listing date of Urban Company IPO on BSE and NSE is September 17, 2025.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Urban Company Ltd received a strong response from bidders during the three-day bidding window from September 10-12.

The issue size was Rs 1,900 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 472 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of Rs 1,428 crore. The price band of the issue was from Rs 98 to Rs 103 per share.

According to provisional exchange data, the IPO received bids for 1,106.4 crore shares against the 10.68 crore shares on offer, which equals an overall subscription of 103.6 times.

The portions reserved for qualified institutional investors (QIBs), non-institutional investors (NIIs) and retail individual investors (RIIs) were booked 140.2 times, 74 times and 39.3 times, respectively.

Urban Company intends to utilise its IPO proceeds for key areas, including the development of new technology and cloud infrastructure, lease payments for office spaces, marketing activities, and general corporate purposes.

Urban Company is an Indian technology marketplace that connects customers with verified professionals for a wide range of home and beauty services, including cleaning, repairs, painting, and beauty treatments. 

Urban Company turned profitable in FY25 with a revenue of Rs 1,260.68 crore and a net profit of Rs 239.77 crore. The company operates in 51 cities across India, UAE, and Singapore.
