Vinati Organics Q4 profit rises 18.3% to ₹123 crore, declares ₹7.50 final dividendAs at 3 pm IST on Thursday, shares of Vinati Organics were trading 1.8% lower at a price of ₹1,695.00.By Poonam Behura May 15, 2025, 3:09:49 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadVinati Organics Ltd on Thursday reported an 18.3% year-on-year rise in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, at ₹123 crore, compared with ₹104 crore a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter grew 17.8% to ₹658.5 crore, up from ₹550.3 crore in the same period last year.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 20.5% year-on-year to ₹181 crore, from ₹150 crore.
The company’s operating margin stood at 27.79% in Q4, slightly higher than 27.19% in the year-ago period.
Vinati Organics also recommended a final dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share (750%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the record date, which will be decided later. The payment will be made within 30 days from the conclusion of the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.
Vinati Organics is a leading Indian specialty chemicals manufacturer, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Mumbai. The company specialises in organic intermediates and fine chemicals, producing products that serve a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, water treatment, oilfield chemicals, and specialty resins.
The company has a significant global presence, exporting its products to over 35 countries. Recently, it has strengthened its international footprint by establishing a wholly owned subsidiary in the US, Vinati Organics USA Inc., to expand its operations in North America.
