VMS TMT IPO: The VMS TMT Limited launched its initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 148.5 crores via a fresh issue of 1.5 crore shares on Wednesday, September 17. The issue entered its second day of bidding today, September 18. The issue has been subscribed 21 per cent so far at 4:45 pm, according to NSE data.

According to data received on NSE, the issue has been subscribed 21.55 times, translating to a total of 26,50,04,100 shares out of 1,23,00,000. The total subscription includes Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) who bid 1,34,39,550 out of 18,00,000 shares(7.47 times), Non Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscription of 11,07,75,000 out of 30,00,000 (36.93 times), and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) bid for 14,07,89,550 out of 75,00,000 (18.77 times).

The VMS TMT IPO is currently open from September 17, 2025, to September 19, 2025. This is a book-built issue of Rs 148.5 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 1,50,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 per share. The IPO price band is set at Rs 94 to Rs 99 per share. The minimum order quantity is 150 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,850 for retail investors.

In FY25, the company's revenue stood at Rs 770.19 crore, down 11.77 per cent from Rs 872.96 crore in FY24. However, the company's profit after tax (PAT) increased by 14 per cent from Rs 13.47 crore in FY24 to Rs 15.42 crore in FY25. In Q1 FY26, VMS TMT reported a revenue of Rs 212.26 crore and a net profit of Rs 8.58 crore.

VMS TMT Limited is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars. The company uses scrap in a 30-tonne induction furnace with CCM and a rolling mill for production. VMS TMT markets its products under the "Kamdhenu NXT" brand via a retail license agreement with Kamdhenu Limited.
