The facility, set up by its wholly owned subsidiary Sangam Solar One Private Limited, comprises four manufacturing lines of 750 MW each, taking the total annual capacity to 3000 MW.
The commissioning comes amid a broader expansion push by the company. In March, Waaree Energies approved a ₹3,900 crore capital expenditure to set up a glass manufacturing facility with a capacity of 2,500 tonnes per day under its subsidiary Waaree Green Glass Private Limited.
Separately, the company has also been strengthening its global footprint. Its subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas Inc. recently entered into a $30 million share subscription agreement with United Solar Holdings Inc.
Operational momentum remains strong, with Waaree securing a 500 MW module supply order from a domestic developer for execution in FY27.
In the December quarter, the company reported a 26% sequential rise in net profit to ₹1,062 crore, while revenue grew 24.7% to ₹7,656 crore, supported by improved operating leverage.
