Waaree Energies to sell 4.76 lakh Indosolar shares via OFS on June 5-6The floor price has been set at ₹10 per share. Retail investors, along with eligible carry-forward bidders, can place or revise bids on June 6 (T+1 day).By Jomy Jos Pullokaran June 4, 2025, 7:05:25 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadClean energy player Waaree Energies Ltd, promoter of Indosolar Ltd, will sell up to 4,76,495 equity shares, representing 1.15% of Indosolar's total paid-up equity capital, through an offer for sale (OFS) on June 5 and 6, 2025. The move is aimed at meeting minimum public shareholding norms.
The OFS will be conducted on the stock exchange mechanism via a separate window on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, with BSE acting as the designated stock exchange. The floor price has been set at ₹10 per share. There will be no discount offered to retail investors.
The OFS will open for non-retail investors on June 5 (T day), with the option to carry forward unallotted bids to the next day. Retail investors, along with eligible carry-forward bidders, can place or revise bids on June 6 (T+1 day).

Allocation will follow a proportionate method at a single clearing price. A minimum of 10% of the offer is reserved for retail investors and 25% for mutual funds and insurance companies. Antique Stock Broking Limited has been appointed as the seller’s broker.
Last month, Waaree Energies' wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, received a $176-million order for the supply of 586 MW solar modules.
Waaree said it received the order from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States. The supply of 586 MW solar modules is expected to begin from the financial year 2027.
