Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd rallied over 10 per cent on Tuesday, July 15, ahead of the company’s scheduled Q1FY26 results announcement. The solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player’s stock surged as much as 10.28 per cent to touch an intraday high of Rs 1,267.95 apiece on the BSE, before paring gains slightly to trade at Rs 1,248, up 8.54 per cent around 10:15 a.m.

This sharp uptick in share price comes even as the broader market remained muted — the BSE Sensex was down 0.17 per cent during the same time.

The company, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd, has confirmed that its Board of Directors will meet on July 17 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, the management will conduct an investor and analyst conference call on July 18 at 2:30 p.m., where they will discuss key financials, business outlook, and operational performance.

Despite today’s rally, Waaree Renewable Technologies has seen a tough year on the bourses:

Down 35.55 per cent in the last 12 months

Down 7.16 per cent year-to-date (YTD)

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) stood at 81.76, indicating that the stock is currently in overbought territory

Volume traded so far was 0.12x its 30-day average, suggesting cautious optimism

Waaree Renewable Technologies is one of India's leading solar EPC industry players in the rapidly growing solar segment. The company has an installed capacity of over 2.5 GW under its belt through more than 10,000 solar projects. The company provides end-to-end solar solutions such as project design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

The firm is recognized for developing big rooftop and utility solar projects in India, and anticipates gains from growing demand in India for renewable energy infrastructure.
