Wipro inks multi-year agreement with apparel brand HanesBrandsWipro will leverage its AI suite, Wipro IntelligenceTM WINGS to facilitate HanesBrands' shift to a unified, AI-led managed services model.By CNBCTV18.com October 29, 2025, 4:51:16 PM IST (Updated)1 Min ReadIT services company Wipro Ltd. has signed a multi-year strategic agreement with US-based apparel brand HanesBrands to revamp the brand's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations with an AI-first approach, the company announced on Wednesday, October 29.
Wipro will leverage its AI suite, Wipro IntelligenceTM WINGS to facilitate HanesBrands' shift to a unified, AI-led managed services model.
The goal is reduce IT operations cost by streamlining business operations, improving regulatory compliance, and enhancing the overall IT experience for its consumers, suppliers, and employees.
Wipro said it will also strengthen HanesBrands’ security by enabling AI-powered predictive and preventive operations and automation of security workflows to improve incident resolution times.
“The engagement with Wipro is a key step in our journey to transform our IT operations and deliver better experiences for our customers and partners,” said Scott Pleiman, Chief Strategy, Transformation, Analytics and Technology Officer, HanesBrands.
HanesBrands will also gain access to the Wipro Innovation Network including Innovation Labs, AI native companies, Wipro Ventures, Academia, and technology partners.
