Yes Bank Q4 Results 2026 Highlights: Net profit jumps 45% to ₹1,068 crore, NII up 16% YoY

Yes Bank Q4 Results 2026 Highlights: Private sector lender Yes Bank declared its Q4 results today, 18 April 2026, Saturday. The board of directors of Yes Bank met today to consider and approve financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26 and for the full financial year 2025-2026.

Yes Bank reported a standalone net profit of ₹1,068.42 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, registering a growth of 44.7% from ₹7,381.2 crore in the year-ago period.

Net Interest Income (NII) of Yes Bank in Q4FY26 increased 16% to ₹2,637.7 crore from ₹2,276.3 crore, YoY. NIM during the March quarter improved to 2.7%, up by 20 bps YoY and up 10 bps QoQ, aided by lower cost of deposits and reduction in balances of PSL shortfall deposits. FY26 NIM rose 20 bps YoY to 2.6%.

Pre-Provisions Operating Profit (PPOP) in Q4FY26 increased 23.11% to ₹1,618.24 crore from ₹1,314.38 crore, YoY. Sequentially, operating profit rose 31.2%. For FY26, Yes Bank’s operating profit stood at ₹5,506 crore, witnessing a growth of 29.4% YoY.

Asset quality of Yes Bank improved sequentially in the March quarter. Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) in Q4FY26 declined 10.2% to ₹3,604.93 crore from ₹4,014.56 crore in the previous quarter. Net NPA dropped 2.7% to ₹653 crore from ₹671.19 crore, QoQ.

Gross NPA ratio in the March quarter fell by 20 basis points (bps) to 1.3% from 1.5%, QoQ, while Net NPA ratio was down 10 bps to 0.2% from 0.3%, QoQ.

The bank’s provisions were at ₹187.55 crore in Q4FY26, as against ₹21.89 crore QoQ, and against ₹318.07 crore, YoY.

Yes Bank’s slippages in Q4FY26 were at 1.6% as against 1.6% in the previous quarter, and compared to 2% YoY.

Net Credit Costs for the quarter stood 0.17% of Average assets versus 0.30% in Q4FY25. FY26 Credit Costs restricted to 0.2% versus 0.3% in FY25.

The bank’s provisions were at ₹187.55 crore in Q4FY26, as against ₹21.89 crore QoQ, and against ₹318.07 crore, YoY.

Yes Bank’s advances in Q4FY26 were at ₹2,73,445 crore, up 11.1% YoY and 6.2% QoQ, while deposits were at ₹3,18,969 crore, up 12.1% YoY and 9.0% QoQ.

CASA Deposits crossed the critical milestone of ₹1 lakh crore during the quarter, Yes Bank said.

Emkay Securities estimates Yes Bank’s NII at ₹2,505.2 crore in Q4FY26E, registering a 1.6% QoQ and 10.1% YoY growth. Pre-provision operating profit is pegged at ₹1,421.8 crore, rising 15.3% QoQ and 8.2% YoY. On the bottom line, the brokerage expects net profit at ₹851.5 crore, reflecting a strong 15.4% YoY growth, though declining 10.5% QoQ.

JM Financial expects Yes Bank’s NII to rise 1.4% QoQ and 9.8% YoY to ₹2,499.2 crore. The brokerage estimates pre-provision operating profit (PPOP) at ₹1,296 crore, reflecting a 5.1% QoQ growth, though marginally down 1.4% YoY. It expects net profit to come in at ₹947.3 crore, marking a 28.3% YoY increase, though slightly down 0.4% sequentially.

Kotak Institutional Equities expects ~10% YoY NII growth with a comparable loan growth of 11% YoY. It expects Yes Bank to be a bit more positive on loan growth. Deposit growth has accelerated to 12% YoY but aided strongly through certificate of deposits. NIM is expected to be at ~2.9%, flat to marginal decline QoQ, but there is likely to be a lot of volatility given the nature of income booked when security receipts mature and impact of RIDF investments.

Yes Bank share price gained over 8% in one month, while it has dropped 14% in three months. The stock has declined 6% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis and has fallen 9% in six months. Yes Bank shares have risen over 11% in one year and have rallied 32% in three years.

On Friday, Yes Bank share price ended 1.25% higher at ₹20.20 apiece on the BSE.

Credit growth improves sequentially, but weak core profitability is likely to persist. Slippages are likely to continue to moderate as retail stress is reduced.

Yes Bank’s net profit is estimated to rise 12% QoQ and 44.4% YoY to ₹1,065 crore. Net Interest Margin (NIM) is estimated at 2.7%, around 15 basis points higher than the same period last year, according to ICICI Securities.

Yes Bank’s net interest income (NII) is expected to grow 3.8% QoQ and 12.4% YoY to ₹2,558.4 crore, while pre-provision operating profit to increase 16.7% QoQ and 9.5% YoY to ₹1,439.7 crore, according to estimates by ICICI Securities.

Analysts expect Yes Bank to report steady net interest income (NII) growth of around 9–12% YoY, supported by modest loan growth and stable margins.

Yes Bank’s profitability is seen improving on a yearly basis, with PAT seen rising 4–44% YoY, though sequential performance may remain mixed due to margin pressures and elevated costs.
