AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (AWHCL), announced that it has secured municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and transportation contracts worth approximately Rs 1,330 crore from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).

The contracts, awarded for a seven-year concession period, further strengthen Antony Waste’s position as a leading player in India’s urban waste management sector, the company said in its regulatory filing.

The contracts have been awarded to a consortium/Joint Venture comprising AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited with a 51 per cent stake, M/s. Jigar Transport Company holding 29 per cent, and M/s. M. K. Enterprises with 20 per cent. The two contracts are individually valued at around Rs 684 crore and Rs 646 crore.
