The infrastructure will incorporate technologies from global OEMs such as Dell, VMware, Red Hat and Microsoft.By Gareema Bangad  February 26, 2026, 2:39:53 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadShares of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited gained as much as 3% on Thursday, February 26, after the company secured a ₹108.88 crore contract from Punjab & Sind Bank for the implementation and management of an on-premises private cloud infrastructure.

In an exchange filing, the company said the five-year project involves the supply, design, implementation and ongoing management of private cloud infrastructure for the bank.

Under the scope of the contract, Dynacons will oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure, system software and cloud services to support the hosting of the bank’s applications, including its Data Centre and Disaster Recovery (DC-DR) environment.

The company said the solution is aimed at providing a scalable and secure private cloud platform with automated scale-in and scale-out capabilities and centralised management.

The infrastructure will incorporate technologies from global OEMs such as Dell, VMware, Red Hat and Microsoft. It will include server virtualisation, compute servers, storage solutions, software-defined networking, firewall systems with micro-segmentation, advanced threat prevention, DC-DR replication, container platforms, backup and recovery systems, and migration of existing servers to the new cloud environment.

Dynacons said it will also provide on-site manpower support as part of the engagement.

Dharmesh Anjaria, Executive Director of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd., said the project reinforces the company’s capabilities in delivering secure and scalable private cloud solutions for large institutions.
