Epack Prefab Tech Share Price: Epack Prefab Technologies' shares rallied 17 per cent and hit its 52-week high of Rs 244.12 on Thursday's trading session after the company announced its Q1 and Q2 financial results for H1FY26. As of 1:10 pm, the stock of the newly listed company was trading at Rs 238.05 apiece, up by 17.01 per cent.
The company projected good financial results for the quarter ended in September (Q2FY26). The company's revenue from operations grew around 62 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to 433.93 crore from Rs 268.05 crore for the same quarter ended last year.
The company projected a robust increase of 115.5 per cent in its net profit to around Rs 29 crore.
The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew by 75 per cent YoY to while the EBITDA margin improved 90 bps to 11.5 per cent from 10.6 per cent last year.

Shares of Epack Prefab Technologies made their debut on Dalal Street at a discount of around 10 per cent to the issue price. The stock opened for trade at Rs 183.85 on the NSE and Rs 186.10 on the BSE.
The Epack Prefab Tech IPO saw an overall subscription of 3.07 times the equity on offer, with the portions set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), non-institutional investors (NIIs) and retail investors subscribed 5.10, 3.68, and 1.69 times, respectively.
The IPO was a book-built issue of Rs 504 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of Rs 204 crore, issued at a price range of Rs 194 to Rs 204 apiece.
