Shares of CE Info Systems Ltd ended at ₹1,843.75, up by ₹28.05 or 1.54% on the BSE.By Jomy Jos Pullokaran   May 10, 2025, 12:23:17 AM IST (Published)2 Min ReadDigital navigation firm CE Info Systems Ltd, which operates under the MapmyIndia brand name, on Friday (May 9) reported a 28.2% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹48.6 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025.

In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, CE Info Systems posted a net profit of ₹37.9 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company's revenue from operations jumped 34.2% to ₹144 crore as against ₹107 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, EBITDA spiked 46% to ₹58 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal over ₹39.7 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 34.4% in the reporting quarter as compared to 37% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.

The map-led business EBITDA margins remain healthy at 47%, and IoT-led business EBITDA margins expanded from 12% in FY24 to 14% in FY25, as product mix improved and SaaS income increased. The open order book grew to ₹1,500 crore at the end of FY25.

The order book achievements give the company confidence that it is on track to achieve the milestone of crossing ₹1,000 crore revenue by FY28. The Consumer Tech & Enterprise Digital Transformation (C&E) revenue grew by 30% YoY to ₹252.5 crore, and Automotive & Mobility Tech (A&M) revenue grew by 13% to ₹210.8 crore.

The Mapled revenue grew by 29% to ₹345.6 crore, and IoT led revenue grew by 5% to ₹117.7 crore. The new licenses in automotive increased to 3+ million in new vehicles (4-wheelers, 2-wheelers and CVs, across ICE and EV segments), as against 2.5 million during FY24.

The board discussed and approved the declaration and payment of the final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share of ₹2 each at the rate of 175% for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval.

The results came after the close of the market hours.
