Q4 Results 2025 Updates: As April chimes in, so does Q4 results. Around 52 companies are announcing their results for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2025. Vedanta, Varun Beverages, Adani Power, Ajanta Pharma, Bandhan Bank, Exide Industries, Federal Bank, Godrej Agrovet, Indus Towers, Indian Oil Corporation, Jindal Steel & Power, JSW Infra, Paras Defence, The Phoenix Mills, Sona BLW Precision Forgings and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank are some of the notable names among them.
Paras Defence has announced that its board has approved a stock split in the ratio of 1:2. The record date for the stock split is yet to be announced.
Sona BLW Precision Forgings’ net profit rose nearly 10% YoY to Rs 164 crore. Revenue from operations however fell to Rs 865 crore. The company announced a final dividend of Rs 1.6 per share for FY25. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set on July 4.
Federal Bank's net profit rose nearly 14% YoY to Rs 1,030 crore. Interest earned meanwhile rose to Rs 6,648 crore. The lender announced a final dividend of Rs 1.2 per share for FY25. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment is yet to be announced.
Paras Defence's net profit soared 98% YoY to Rs 19.72 crore. Revenue from operations meanwhile rose to Rs 108.23 crore. The company announced a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for FY25. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment is yet to be announced.
The bank's net interest income declined 4% YoY to Rs 2,756 crore.
The lender declared dividend of Rs 1.5 per share.
The lender reported 482% jump in net profit at Rs 318 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. It reported net profit of Rs 54.6 crore in the year-ago period. However, on a sequential basis the lender's net profit declined 25%
Bandhan Bank consolidated Q4 net profit advanced 478 percent to Rs 318 crore from Rs 55 crore reported in the year ago period.
Adani Power reported that its net profit declined by 3.6 percent to Rs 2,637 crore in the March 2025 quarter against Rs 2,737 crore in the same period, a year ago.
Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has reported a 50% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 7,265 crore in Q4 FY25. The oil major’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 2.18 lakh crore during the quarter.
Coromandel International announced a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 3 per equity share. The Final and special dividend will be paid on or before August 23. The Record Date fixed for determining the members eligible to receive the Final & Special Dividend is July 17.
Coromandel International reported a 262% YoY jump in net profit to Rs 580 crore in Q4 FY25. This however included a one-time gain. Revenue from operations meanwhile rose to Rs 4,993 crore.
Vedanta reported an EBITDA margin of 35 percent, the highest in the last 12 quarters. Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 11,618 crore, up 30% YoY.
