Rs 90 Dividend: Today, November 13, 2025, is the last day for investors to buy shares of Bayer CropScience Ltd to become eligible for the company’s interim dividend of Rs 90 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on November 7, 2025, declared an interim dividend of Rs 90 per equity share of Rs 10 face value, amounting to a total payout of Rs 404.5 crore.
Bayer CropScience Dividend: Record Date and Payment Date
The company has fixed November 14, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligible shareholders, while the payment date for the dividend is scheduled on December 3, 2025.
Bayer CropScience had earlier announced a final dividend of Rs 35 per share with a record date in August 2025. Before that, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 90 per share in November 2024.
For the September quarter (Q2 FY26), Bayer CropScience reported a 12 per cent year-on-year rise in standalone net profit to Rs 152.7 crore, supported by steady sales growth and cost efficiency despite adverse weather conditions.
Revenue from operations grew 10.6 per cent YoY to Rs 1,553.4 crore, while profit before tax stood at Rs 200.3 crore, up 5.4 per cent compared with the same quarter last year but down 40.2 per cent sequentially.
Total expenses fell 13 per cent YoY to Rs 1,366.9 crore, with cost of materials consumed dropping 33.1 per cent to Rs 715.9 crore. Employee costs were slightly lower at Rs 112.5 crore, while finance costs rose 29.4 per cent to Rs 4.4 crore.
Bayer CropScience operates in the agri-care sector, manufacturing and distributing insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and other agrochemical products across India.
