Sanofi India declares 750% dividend—Check out record and payment dates

Sanofi India Ltd has announced its Q2 FY26 results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The pharmaceutical firm has also declared an interim dividend for its shareholders, along with the record and payment date for the same.

The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 75 per equity share of Rs 10 each. This translates into a 750 per cent dividend payout.

Sanofi India has a consistent track record of paying dividends to its shareholders. In calendar year 2024, the company declared two dividends — Rs 50 in March and Rs 117 in May.

While in the previous three years, it paid Rs 377, Rs 683, and Rs 365 per share in calendar year 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively.

The interim dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories.

The record date for this dividend has been fixed as Friday, November 7, 2025. Shareholders holding shares as of this date will be eligible to receive the payout.

Sanofi India will distribute the dividend within 30 days of declaration. Shareholders can expect to receive the interim dividend shortly after the record date, as per regulatory timelines.

"Declared an interim dividend of Rs 75 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the year 2025, which will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. The Company has fixed Friday, 7th November 2025 as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend," the company's filing read.

Sanofi India reported a net profit of Rs 760 crore for Q2 FY26. The pharma firm's revenue from operations, meanwhile, rose to Rs 4,754 crore from Rs 4,063 crore in the previous quarter.
