Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is reportedly in preliminary discussions with Marvel Studios for a potential future project within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), according to a tweet from the X account Marvel Leaks.

The tweet explicitly stated that this potential collaboration is separate from the highly anticipated film 'Avengers: Doomsday'. This news, while still unconfirmed by both Marvel Studios and Shah Rukh Khan himself, has ignited excitement among fans, envisioning the "King of Bollywood" joining the ranks of Indian actors who have graced the MCU.Interestingly, several prominent Hollywood actors associated with Marvel have publicly expressed their admiration for Shah Rukh Khan. Anthony Mackie, known for his role as Captain America, recently hailed Shah Rukh as his favorite Bollywood actor, describing him as "a wonderful actor" and expressing a desire to visit an island in India with him.

Furthermore, Benedict Cumberbatch, the star behind Doctor Strange, has lauded Shah Rukh's talent, suggesting that actors of his caliber could significantly enrich the Marvel universe.

Even within the MCU narrative, the 'Ms. Marvel' series showcased the protagonist Kamala Khan's admiration for Shah Rukh, and a song from his film 'Swades' was featured in 'Deadpool 2', hinting at the cultural impact of the superstar within the Hollywood sphere.5On the Bollywood front, after the release of 'Dunki', Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his next venture titled 'King'.
