Tata Capital IPO Allotment Date, Status Check Online on Link Intime: Tata Group’s non-banking financial company, Tata Capital, has seen its initial public offering (IPO) fully subscribed on the third and final day of bidding on Wednesday. With the subscription complete, the next step in the process is the allotment of shares.

The basis of allotment for the Tata Capital IPO will be finalised on Thursday, October 9. Investors can check their allotment status online via the registrar’s website (MUFG Intime India) or through BSE and NSE platforms. Here's step by step process for checking allotment status check online.

- Go to https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html

- Select ‘Tata Capital Limited’ from the company list.

- Enter Application No, DP/Client ID, PAN, or Account No/IFSC.

- Click ‘Submit’.

- Visit the IPO page of NSE: https://www.nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids

- Click on ‘Equity & SME IPO bid details’.

- Select ‘TATACAPITAL’ from the symbol list.

- Enter PAN and application number.

- Click ‘Submit’.

- Visit https://bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

- Select ‘Equity’ as the issue type.

- Pick ‘Tata Capital Ltd’.

- Enter IPO application number or PAN card details.

- Click ‘Search’.

The Rs 15,511.87 crore IPO is priced in the band of Rs 310 to Rs 326 per share. It comprises a fresh issuance of Rs 6,846 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 8,665.87 crore by promoter Tata Sons and investor International Finance Corporation (IFC).

The proceeds from the fresh issue will strengthen Tata Capital’s Tier-1 capital base, supporting future lending and capital requirements. Each lot consists of 46 shares.

Tata Capital offers over 25 lending products and serves a wide range of customers, including salaried and self-employed individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, small businesses, and corporates.
