In a press release filed with the exchanges, TCS said the collaboration will combine its expertise in AI, cloud, data analytics and platform engineering with Amadeus’ travel technology capabilities to deliver next-generation solutions for airlines, airports and the broader travel industry.

As part of the partnership, TCS will develop the Service Center User Interface for the Amadeus Nevio platform, a cloud-native, SaaS-based solution aimed at modernising airline retailing and customer servicing.

According to the filing, the platform is designed to integrate offer and order management with AI-driven insights and real-time personalisation.

Cyril Tetaz, EVP Airline Solutions at Amadeus, said, “Our strategic partnership will accelerate the deployment of transformational travel technology for our customers globally, helping them provide an even better retail experience to air travellers.”

He added that combining Amadeus’ platform with AI-enabled capabilities would help foster collaboration across the travel ecosystem and improve the overall travel experience.

Arun Pradeep Surendra Mohan, Business Head – Travel, Transportation & Hospitality at TCS, said, “Our global strategic partnership with Amadeus marks an important step in reshaping the future of travel technology.”

“Together, we are building scalable, intelligent solutions like the Amadeus Nevio Service Center that enable airlines to accelerate retail transformation, enhance operational agility, and deliver seamless, personalized experiences to travellers around the world,” he added.

TCS will also support the implementation and rollout of the Nevio platform globally, helping airlines adopt AI-led workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock new revenue opportunities.

The partnership is expected to expand into additional areas such as airport operations and other travel technology solutions, strengthening TCS’ presence in the global aviation technology ecosystem.
