Telugu actor Allu Arjun was among the prominent celebrities who attended WAVES Summit 2025 on May 1 in Mumbai. During his session, the Pushpa 2 star delighted fans by recreating his signature hand gesture from the blockbuster film Pushpa, much to the audience’s excitement.

As the conversation unfolded, the moderator requested Arjun to perform the iconic move once more—and the actor didn’t disappoint. With his effortless flair, Allu Arjun brought the gesture to life again, prompting loud cheers and applause from the crowd, making it one of the most memorable moments of the event’s opening day.

During the session titled Talent beyond Borders, Allu Arjun and CEO and MD of TV9 Network, Barun Das were the speakers and the session was moderated by Aditya Raj Kaul and Kabir Naqvi.

Allu Arjun talked candidly about Pushpa 2 during his appearance at the WAVES Summit 2025, then delighted fans with his famous hand gesture. He was questioned about how his life had changed since the film's release in light of its enormous success.

The actor responded with sincere appreciation, saying he's still learning how to fully accept and return the enormous love he's received from audiences. Although he is a born performer, he humbly added that he thinks his career still has a long way to go.

Allu Arjun also emphasized the importance of fitness in an actor’s life. He pointed out that for Indian actors in particular, staying fit is crucial since their roles often require dancing, performing action sequences, and adapting to unpredictable shooting schedules. "I started at the age of 19-20 and over the year we get a lot of experiences and injuries. It is extremely tough but it is worth it when you see yourself on the big screen," he added.

WAVES 2025 will be held from May 1-4, 2025, at Jio World Centre in Mumbai. The first day of the event was graced by stars including Rajnikanth, Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Allu Arjun, Hema Malini among others.
